I'm so glad you're here! I'm Maggie, and I help woman-owned small businesses grow & thrive by taking over their to-do lists as their Virtual Assistant and provide them with business support.


Over the last couple of years, I have been working with (mostly female) small business owners, intuitive coaches and consultants, who were ready to:

I have been working in the Corporate world as an Executive Assistant, but finally found out it doesn’t fit my nature. I'm drawn to helping small businesses like yours grow to their fullest potential.

After working with a couple of clients and learning anything business-related I could get my hands on, from Wordpress, Squarespace and Social Media to Hubspot Inbound Marketing and sales funnels, I started seeing a pattern: these women I worked with have similar goals to mine. We want to empower women and businesses. And I thought: I want to help these women who are in this with me, to be as successful as possible. They can’t do it all on their own. That’s what I can help you with. I love supporting businesses by doing what I’m good at and love: doing the back-end stuff.

  • Creating and scheduling newsletters in Mailchimp, Convertkit, Madmimi and Infusionsoft. Creating sales funnels 

  • Managing and organizing projects that you want to have done but simply don't have time for

  • Creating documents, Social Media images or other marketing materials that will support your business. You could, for example, use these documents for online training courses, sales funnels, landing pages, your next business conference or other events

  • Website creation and maintenance in Squarespace & Wix. Creating landing pages, as well as making website & blog posts SEO friendly

  • Basic Admin stuff to support your business
